NCCER’s enhanced Assessment Platform makes it easier than ever to launch tests and manage your test-takers with the all-new proctor console. With all of your assessment staff roles and permissions managed through the Registry, you won’t need to do any more account setups or password resets!

Extended Support Hours

Now available, the Testing Department will be providing extended emergency support hours for testing emergencies from:

  • 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. EDT
  • 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. EDT

Call 888.622.3720 ext. 4 for testing emergencies, such as when a test-taker is ready to test and has technical difficulties. General inquiries or customer support will continue to be handled during normal business hours.
